In Hungary, during the Crusades, the beautiful Raymonda must fend off the advances of a stranger.
After her fiancé Jean de Brienne has gone to join the Hungarian king on crusade, Raymonda experiences a vision in which a stranger assures her of his love. However, when she meets him soon after, he resolves to abduct her.
